Tickets

Seating

Tables and chairs are available at Nordia House on a first come first serve basis. You may bring your own chairs.

Food & Drink

Satisfy your cravings with delectable Nordic cuisine and refreshing beverages from our beer & wine garden. Tempt your taste buds with offerings from The League of Swedish Societies, Broder Söder, Carina's Bakery, and more!

Experience Nordic beer on tap from Ridgewalker Brewing, savor exquisite mead from Oran Mor Artisan Mead, and relish drinks served by Nordic Northwest and Broder Söder.

Money

It's always a good idea to bring cash to our festivals, as paying by cash at the bar, festival gear table and vendor booths always keeps those lines moving smoothly. The bar and festival gear table will also accept credit cards. Vendors make their own decisions about what forms of payment they accept, and we encourage them to indicate what they accept clearly at their booths.

Getting Here

The Nordic Northwest Campus is located at 8800 SW Oleson Rd, Portland, OR 97223.

Parking

Limited lot parking is available onsite at Nordic Northwest (8800 SW Oleson Rd)

Les Schwab (9385 SW Greenburg Rd)
West Hills Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (8470 SW Oleson Rd). Please note the West Hills lot is only available after 2:30pm Friday.
Limited street parking is available on nearby roads such as SW Taylors Ferry Rd
Fairway Center ((9115 SW Oleson Rd) will be available after 5 pm on Friday and all day on Saturday

Saturday Only: Shuttles will run from DoubleTree on SW Locust St. across from the Washington Square Mall.

As parking is limited, and this is a beer festival with drinking, we do not recommend you drive. We recommend Uber/Lyft or TriMet. Bus line 45 - Garden Home stops in front of the venue.

ADA

Nordia House has two accessible parking spots in our main lot facing SW Oleson Rd. Both the main entrance facing SW Oleson Rd. and our side entrance facing SW Taylors Ferry Rd. are wheelchair accessible. All restrooms have accessible stalls but no power doors. We will do our best to accommodate your needs upon arrival. Please call 503-977-0275 or email info@nordicnorthwest.org to arrange further assistance.

Footwear

Viking Beer Fest is an outdoor event, much of which takes place on grass. The festival will go forward rain or shine!

Animals

No pets, only service dogs are allowed.

Smoking

No smoking permitted at the festival.

Weapons

No real weapons are allowed at the event, and no weapons that are sharp or may hurt anyone will be allowed. Prop and fake weapons are allowed as part of Viking costumes if they will not hurt anyone accidentally. No guns are allowed, real or fake.
