Jodi Lippert

Jodi Lippert, previous Director of Development for Self Enhancement, Inc., has been named the next Executive Director of Nordic Northwest by the Board of Directors appointed search committee. Jodi officially assumed this new role on October 16, 2018.

Jodi Lippert comes to Nordic Northwest after 13 years as the Chief Development Officer for local Albertina Kerr Centers Foundation. Among her accomplishments during that time were developing and leading a development department of 12 staff, directing the organization’s largest capital campaign, engaging volunteers and overseeing communications. At Ballet West in Salt Lake City, Jodi designed, led and implemented the company's first capital campaign.
Leaving the home state of Minnesota, Jodi graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. of Community Health. Jodi brings a holistic vision of nonprofit leadership and a dedication to Oregon and the state’s communities.

Jodi has a commitment to supporting art and culture in communities as well as a strong connection to the Nordic values of sustainability, connection to nature and social justice especially for vulnerable populations.

Her interest in teamwork and working collaboratively paired with her passion for the mission of Nordic Northwest made her stand out during the interview process. Jodi's experience in development, management and communication will guide the organization in the upcoming years.
